各区、县级市人民政府,市政府各部门、各直属机构:11月22日凌晨4时30分,荔湾区站前街西村中兴里5号(出租屋)发生重大火灾事故,造成3人死亡(2女1男,均为外地民工,约30多岁)。目前火灾原因正在调查中。这次重大火灾事故的发生,反映我市消防安全工作形势依然十分严峻,特别是人员密集场所、“城中村”出租屋、“三小场所”等火灾隐患突出,高层建筑、易燃易爆场所仍存在消防安全管理不到位等问题。目前进入风高物燥季节,企业生产经营繁忙,重大节日和各类活动多,用火用电、用危险化学物品增多,稍有不慎就可能引发火灾。为吸取“11·22”火灾事故教训,各地区、各单位要切实落实各项消
