目的为探讨肿瘤健康教育的有效对象和载体。方法抽取海安县621名中小学生及其家长为调查对象,对600多名中小学生及家长进行问卷调查并进行健康教育干预。结果干预前后有显著性差异,肿瘤相关知识知晓率得到显著提高,相关态度得到改变,一些不良行为得到改进。结论在社会经济发展较为迅速、人群居住较为分散且难以集中、农民文化水平较低的情况下,通过对学校学生进行肿瘤相关知识的宣传教育,再通过他们把所学到的知识传授给家长,是农村社区肿瘤健康教育的一种行之有效的方法。
Objective To explore the effective object and carrier of cancer health education. Methods A total of 621 primary and secondary school students and their parents in Hai’an County were selected as the survey subjects, more than 600 primary and secondary students and their parents were surveyed and health education interventions were conducted. Results There were significant differences before and after the intervention, the awareness of tumor-related knowledge has been significantly improved, the attitude has been changed, some bad behavior improved. Conclusions With the rapid socio-economic development, the scattered population and the concentration of peasants, and the low education level of peasants, through propagandizing and educating school-based students about tumor-related knowledge and then passing on the knowledge they have learned to parents, It is an effective method of cancer health education in rural communities.
