如果说,上世纪80年代是晚报的黄金时代,90年代到本世纪前10年是都市报的黄金时代,那么,中国报业的社区报黄金时代正在来临。近年来,纸媒危机之说沸沸扬扬,而实际上,这是未经深入分析思考,笼而统之、大而化之的见解。陷入危机的大都是综合类报纸,数量庞大的细分市场的纸媒大部分都活得比较好,甚至还将有更大的发展,比如地铁报、老人报以及社区报。市场在哪里?在我国,社区报虽然已有若干年历史,但实际发展状况并不理想,主要原因是没有准确理解社区报的概念,要么是打着社区报的旗号,变相办都市报;要么依靠行政或单一房地产商的力量来办报。
If the 1980s were the golden age of the evening paper and the golden age of the metropolitan paper from the 1990s to the first 10 years of this century, then the golden age of the community newspaper of the Chinese newspaper is coming. In recent years, the crisis of paper media has been very much in vain. In fact, this is an analysis that has not been conducted in an in-depth manner but has been caged and generalized. Much of the crisis has come to be classified as general newspapers, and most of the paper media in a large number of segments have been living better and will even have greater development, such as the Metro newspaper, the newspaper for the elderly and the community newspaper. In our country, although the community newspaper has several years of history, its actual development is not satisfactory. The main reason is that the concept of community newspaper is not accurately understood, either under the banner of a community newspaper or in the city newspaper in disguise; or Rely on the power of the executive or a single real estate agent to run the newspaper.
