本文在对目前流行的各种曲轴计算模型进行分析的基础上提出一个曲轴计算的新方法:先对单拐做三维有限元分析,求出各节点位移,再按简支梁模型反求曲俩刚度,最后用空间刚架模型计算整根曲轴。文中给出了用此方法对16V240Z柴油机曲轴进行计算的部分结果,求出的各点应力与实测相比平均误差11%,超过了其他方法的精度。
Based on the analysis of the current popular crankshaft calculation models, a new method of crankshaft calculation is proposed. Three-dimensional finite element analysis of single-crutches is made and the displacement of each node is calculated. Stiffness, and finally calculate the entire root of the crankshaft with a spatial rigid frame model. The paper gives some results of calculating crankshaft of 16V240Z diesel engine by this method. The average error of each point obtained is 11% compared with the measured value, which surpasses the accuracy of other methods.
