比较了国际上几种管理者风险承担动机对企业R&D投资模式,建立了适用于我国的管理者风险承担动机对企业R&D投资模型,并验证了模型,得出了结论。
This paper compares the R & D investment mode of venture managers in risk management in the world with that of several managers in the world, establishes the R & D investment model of managers’ risk-taking motivation in China and verifies the model, and draws the conclusion.
