吴汉庭,大同矿务局同家梁矿矿长。1994年5月,吴汉庭走马上任后,和领导班子一起,紧紧抓住科技兴矿这个龙头,在管理上下功夫、做文章,求发展,从而夺得了在多年未铺基本建设摊子的条件下,实现了产出多、消耗低、质量高、效益好的集约型经营目标。1995年,全矿原煤产量达300万吨,实现利润8724.9万元,分别比年计划超产35.18万吨,增盈1380万元;原煤效率达每工4吨,比上年增长2.56%;企业效率达每人452吨。均创这个矿的历史最高水平。
