底板渗漏是常压油罐主要的失效形式之一,传统的开罐宏观渗漏检查法是一件费时、费力、难度大的检测工作。声发射检测技术可以通过时差定位或区域定位对被检对象中存在的活性缺陷进行定位。本文结合实际渗漏检测案例,介绍了声发射检测技术在常压油罐底板渗漏检测的基本原理和程序。对有声发射源的区域采用焊缝表面检测、母材漏磁扫查和超声C扫进行复验验证。声发射检测技术可以应用于常压油罐底板渗漏检测,且能够明显减少实际检测工作量、提高检测效率和准确度,对油罐底板渗漏检测具有指导意义和推广价值。
Floor leakage is one of the main failure modes of atmospheric tanks. The traditional method of macroleakage inspection of open cans is a time-consuming, laborious and difficult test. Acoustic emission detection technology can locate the active defects existing in the test object by time difference positioning or area positioning. In this paper, the actual leakage detection case, introduced the acoustic emission detection technology in atmospheric pressure tank floor leakage detection of the basic principles and procedures. For the areas with acoustic emission sources, weld surface inspection, base material magnetic flux scanning and ultrasonic C-scan were used to verify the re-inspection. Acoustic emission detection technology can be applied to atmospheric pressure tank floor leakage detection, and can significantly reduce the actual test workload and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of the tank floor leakage detection instructive and promotional value.
