介绍了上海电网2007年发电量置换的原理和实施办法,根据上海电网的电源结构和特点,对高效、低耗发电机组置换低效、高耗机组的发电量的置换空间进行了分析,给出2007年发电量置换结果及节能减排效果实际数据,对进一步完善市场机制、做好发电方式优化、促进节能减排提出了建议。
This paper introduces the principle and implementation of power generation displacement in Shanghai Power Grid in 2007. According to the power supply structure and characteristics of Shanghai Power Grid, this paper analyzes the replacement space of high efficiency and low power generation units with low efficiency and high power consumption. 2007 power generation displacement results and the actual results of energy-saving emission reduction effect, to further improve the market mechanism, do a good job in power generation optimization, and promote energy-saving emission reduction recommendations.
