目的 探讨糖尿病性血管病变与血浆低密度脂蛋白 (OX- L DL )及可溶性细胞间黏附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)水平变化的关系。 2方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA) ,检测了 6 0例 2型糖尿病 (NIDDM)病人和48例健康人血浆 OX- L DL和 s ICAM- 1水平变化。 3结果 NIDDM病人血浆 OX- L DL ,s ICAM- 1水平明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (t=13.0 0 0 ,2 1.2 94,P<0 .0 0 1) ;且有血管病变者 OX- L DL ,s ICAM- 1水平明显高于无血管病变者 (t=7.0 2 1,11.2 0 3,P<0 .0 0 1)。 NIDDM病人血浆 OX- L DL与 s ICAM- 1呈正相关 (r=0 .774,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 糖尿病性血管病变的发生与血浆 OX- L DL ,s ICAM- 1水平增高有密切关系
Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetic vascular disease and plasma levels of low density lipoprotein (OX-L DL) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (s ICAM-1). 2 Methods Plasma levels of OX-L and s ICAM-1 in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and 48 healthy people were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). 3 Results NIDDM patients plasma levels of OX-L DL, s ICAM-1 was significantly increased compared with the control group was significantly different (t = 13.0 0 2, 2 94 94, P 0 01); and blood vessels The levels of OX-L DL, s ICAM-1 in patients with lesions were significantly higher than those without vascular lesions (t = 7.0 2 1, 11.23, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between plasma OX-L DL and s ICAM-1 in patients with NIDDM (r = 0.774, P <0.01). 4 Conclusion The occurrence of diabetic vascular disease and plasma OX-L DL, s ICAM-1 levels are closely related
