早年认为肺心病仅有右室受累。近年来,提出了肺心病也可有左室功能受损的观点,但有争议。我院对40例肺心病患者作了心阻抗微分图的测定,以了解其左室功能的改变。检查对象肺心病组:40例,男34例,女6例;均根据全国统一诊断标准经临床、心电图、X线或超声心动图检查而确诊,年龄32～75岁,平均64岁,均系肺心病缓解期、临床诊断无合并冠心病者。
