首出故障(Sequence Of Event)常用于火电或者核电控制系统设计中,在系统发生故障时,DCS系统的首出故障记录系统可以在众多先发和后发故障中准确而及时地判断出引起停机的原因,并提供给电厂运维人员。近几年,随着风电机组的大量投入,越来越多的火电系统的电厂运维人员转而维护风电场,他们不约而同地提出了希望有风电系统的首出故障记录。和火电机组具有长期的国内技术积累与消化不同,近几年风机的大力发展下,风机主控系统整体设计绝大多数是由国外引进国内根据风场参数自行消化吸收,并无首出故障记录的概念与装置。针对这一点,文中对风机控制系统首出故障记录功能进行了功能需求和分析以及方案设计,分别提出了硬件和软件设计方案,并选取其中一种方案并加以实施,2015年3月在国电电力宁波白岩山风场上进行了充分测试,取得了双方认可的效果,现该功能已在联合动力所有风机上得以推广。
