通过大豆的正茬和重茬土壤水提液、磷酸缓冲液(pH=60)的乙醚萃取液和乙醇提取液对大豆和小麦种子萌发的研究表明:水和乙醇的正茬土壤提取液对大豆和小麦种子发芽无显著的抑制作用,它们的重茬土壤提取液对大豆种子发芽则有显著的抑制作用,其中水提液对小麦种子发芽无显著的抑制作用,高浓度的乙醇提取液则显著的抑制(正茬土壤)或促进(重茬土壤)小麦种子的发芽,正茬、重茬土壤磷酸缓冲液———乙醚萃取液对大豆和小麦种子的发芽均有显著的抑制作用。根据大豆和小麦的生产实际情况,我们认为纯水是进一步深入研究大豆连作障碍中土壤化感物质行之有效的土壤提取剂。
The study on the germination of soybean and wheat seeds by using the aqueous extract of soil and continuous cropping of soybean, the ether extract of phosphoric acid buffer solution (pH = 60) and the ethanol extract showed that the positive effect of soil extract of water and ethanol on soybean and The wheat seed germination had no significant inhibitory effect, and their heavy cropping soil extract had a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of soybean seeds. Based on the actual production of soybeans and wheat, we think that pure water is an effective soil extractant for further studying the soil allelochemicals in soybean continuous cropping obstacle.
