1985年进行了废旧草栅种植草菇的试验、发现利用冬季贮存蔬菜、温床育苗、施工工地和塑料大棚上用于保温的破旧草栅来种植草菇,比通常使用稻草种植的效果好。生物学效率可达20%左右,比原来用稻草种植的(12%)提高了8%。特别是在塑料施棚下废旧草栅上种植的草菇,由于温度高、温度大,有利于菌丝生长,产量高于室外树荫下,生物学效率在20%-30%之间。
In 1985, experiments were carried out on the waste straw grasses to grow grass mushrooms.
