Empirical Study on Residential Satisfaction of Real Estate Development in Jining City of China

Residential satisfaction reflected the extent to which the consumers were satisfied with constructing a residential environment, which was an essential factor in housing purchase determination. Three hundred three reliable survey questionnaires using quota sampling performed in 5 districts of Jinan city are used to investigate the satisfaction with this city's new residential conditions. Using factor analysis and regression analysis, the index system of residential environment satisfaction was suitable for Jinan, quantitatively determines the consumers' satisfaction with new housing, and explored the underlying factors affecting residential satisfaction. Five category factors, including housing, physical condition, public facilities, location, property service, and corporate image, significantly impacted residential satisfaction.
