一.现状 我国风险投资业起步相对较晚。1985年国内第一家风险投资公司——中国新技术创业投资公司宣告成立,标志着中国风险投资业的诞生。1998个成思远副委员长提出发展中国风险投资事业的“政协一号”提案,之后,在全国掀起热潮,许多风险投资公司、风险投资中介机构如雨后春笋般产生。
I. Current situation China’s venture capital industry started relatively late. In 1985 China’s first venture capital firm - China’s new venture capital firm was announced, marking the birth of China’s venture capital industry. In 1998, as Vice Chairman Cheng Siyuan proposed the proposal of “CPPCC No.1” to develop China’s venture capital business, a boom was set across the country and many venture capital firms and venture capital agencies mushroomed.
