以肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血清中提取的γ球蛋白与HFRS病毒抗原形成的免疫复合物(IC)为模型,抗人μ链和γ链单克隆抗体(MAb)为包被抗体,辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗-HFRS病毒组特异性MAb为指示抗体,建立了检测HFRS特异性循环IC(包括IgM型和IgG型)的ELISA捕捉法,并初步用于HFRS急性期患者血清标本的检测。结果表明该法特异,敏感,简便,可用于HFRS发病机理及免疫功能的研究。
