今年5月份,我们矿包括地面几个单位在内,分配了几名大学生,我们班也分了一个。这对于企业来说是一件好事。可对于我来说,这真的烦恼才刚刚开始。我是一名综采队组的班组长,每天面对的是带领全班安全生产,最难的就是工作量如何分工安排。以前,班组里大部分的工人是部队复员回来的退伍军人,要不就是煤二代接班。退伍军人比较好管理,服从性强,煤二代中也有学历比较高的,但都是80后,管理上直来直去,错了直接批评,虽然也有分工不均的问题,但都是爽快人,当面说清楚就行。自从来了这个90后大学生,感觉班前会氛围也变了,很多时候,我的话会被直接否定,而且他没有安心待在一线的打算,影响了班组的工作质量。
