我国企业近年来屡受外国反倾销调查既有来自国际上原因 ,也有国内市场和企业自身的原因。在加入WTO后 ,要成功地应对反倾销 ,这就要求我们的政府和企业必须要在WTO框架内采取必要的措施 ,如进一步完善国内市场经济体制 ,建立专门的国际贸易争端的政府机构 ,强化进出口商会的相关职能 ,,并充分利用WTO争端解决机制进行积极的应诉等。
In recent years, Chinese enterprises have repeatedly suffered from foreign anti-dumping investigations both from an international source and from domestic markets and from their own enterprises. After China’s accession to the WTO, it is necessary to successfully deal with anti-dumping. This requires that our government and enterprises must take the necessary measures within the framework of the WTO, such as further improving the domestic market economic system and establishing a special government agency for international trade disputes, Export Chamber of Commerce related functions, and make full use of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism to actively respond.
