On the afternoon of May 21, the 16th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Hunan Province examined the report of the provincial people’s government on the draft (provincial) budget readjustment plan for 2015. The report shows that in 2015, the central government arranged for the issuance of new bonds in Hunan Province to be 16 billion yuan. Among them, the provincial-level arrangements 6.4 billion yuan, accounting for 40%; lending city 9.6 billion yuan, accounting for 60%.
