企业对员工进行培训是在行业竞争激烈的环境下提升企业竞争能力的主要措施,但是目前我国石油企业对员工的培训中出现很多问题,降低了对员工培训的有效性。本文通过对如今石油企业员工培训中出现的问题进行分析,并提出相关提高员工培训有效性的一些对策,希望对石油企业员工培训的有效实施有一定参考作用。
The training of employees in enterprises is the main measure to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the highly competitive environment. However, there are many problems in the training of employees in China’s oil enterprises at present, which reduces the effectiveness of staff training. Based on the analysis of the problems in the training of petroleum enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of training of employees, hoping to have some reference to the effective implementation of the training of petroleum enterprises.
