一时至今日,海峡两岸合作出版已呈必然趋势。大陆首先在1986年5月由国家版权局发布了暂行规定,对台湾同胞的作品给予版权保护。紧接着,1987年台湾新闻局发布了《出版品进出口管理与辅导要点》的规定,对大陆出版物的作者有限度地开放。随后,大陆国家出版局又于1988年2月8日颁布了《关于出版台湾同胞作品版权问题的暂行规定》,为保护台湾及香港、澳门同胞的作者权益作了七项
For a time now, co-operation and publication across the Taiwan Strait have shown a certain trend. The mainland first issued an interim regulation by the State Copyright Administration in May 1986 to grant copyright protection to the works of Taiwan compatriots. Then, in 1987, the Information Bureau of Taiwan issued the “Essentials of the Import and Export Management and Counseling of Publications,” with a limited degree of openness to the authors of mainland publications. Subsequently, on the 8th of February 1988, the State Press Bureau of Mainland China promulgated the Interim Provisions on the Publication of Works on the Works of Taiwan Compatriots in Taiwan, making seven provisions for the protection of the rights of authors of compatriots in Taiwan and Hong Kong and Macao
