华夏族是世界上最古老的民族之一,早在四千多年以前,就已经跨入了文明社会的门槛。同地球上其他民族一样,华夏族也曾经历过原始游群、血缘家族、母系氏族公社和父系氏族公社等人类社会发展的诸历史阶段。在蒙昧、野蛮时代的漫漫长夜里,华夏族的原始婚姻习俗也充满着神话般的色彩。遗憾的是,这一切都已经随着时间的推移而消失在历史的迷雾之中。本文试图通过对古代神话传说的剖析,并结合人类学、民族学的基本原理,勾划一下华夏族原始婚姻习俗的简单面貌。
The Huaxia ethnic group is one of the oldest ethnic groups in the world. As early as four thousand years ago, it has stepped into the threshold of a civilized society. Like other peoples on earth, the Huaxia ethnic group has also experienced all the historical stages of the development of human society such as the primitive group, the blood clan, the matriarchal clan and the patriarchal clan commune. During the long night of ignorance and barbarism, the primitive marriage customs of the Huaxia people are also full of fabulous colors. Regrettably, all this has vanished into the fog of history over time. This article attempts to outline the simple appearance of the primitive marriage customs of the Huaxia ethnic group by analyzing the ancient myths and legends and combining with the basic principles of anthropology and ethnology.
