世界半月美国用尽力气,胁迫其从国家在联大勉强通过诬中国的提案,并否决苏联控诉美国侵略中国的提案,又一次证明了美帝国主义是和平人類的死敌。美国这种颠倒黑白的罪行,已引起了全中国、全亚洲乃至全世界爱好和平人民的万分愤慨。我周外长二月二日的光辉声明,严正地痛斥美国政府及其帮凶们要战争不要和平,而目堵塞了和平解决的途径。污(?)案通过的历程及其通过后的世界反響表示着:美帝国主义阵营不但没有因此而巩固一些,而且显得更加分崩(?)析,美帝国主义更加陷於孤立。一向追随美国的若干国家的舆论,也都公开表示不满或反对美国的政策。美国提案中的所谓“斡旋机构”,至今拉不到人,甚至在形式上也还是不能凑起来。在朝鲜,美帝还妄图来一次反(?),以便死赖着不去。美陆军参谋长柯林斯、空军参谋长范賴伯等到东京和麥賊开了会,麥賊又会飞到朝鲜对李奇微“面授机宜”。但事实上,由於美国国内兵力难以为继,(?)从国家又不肯出兵,以及中朝人民军力量的强大,美国一般入对侵朝战争的前途都表示着悲观。如美联社战地记者
For half a month, the United States tried its best to coerce its reluctance to pass the proposal of framing China from the country at the UN General Assembly and to reject the Soviet proposal that the United States invade China.
