随着我国经济的高速发展,交通运输量日益增多,车辆承载力随之加大,相应地对公路标准的要求也日渐提高。为适应经济发展,全国各地对公路结构层的标准也做了改善,全部采用了水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层。同时,在公路运营和施工过程中暴露出许多质量问题:如强度不足、局部松散破碎、干缩裂缝等问题,严重影响了公路的使用寿命。本文结合工程实际和自身施工经验,从原材料、配合比设计、施工工艺及施工过程控制等方面进行论述。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the traffic volume is increasing day by day, the bearing capacity of the vehicle increases accordingly, and accordingly the requirements of the highway standards are also increasing day by day. In order to meet the economic development, the standards of the highway structural layer in all parts of the country have also been improved. All of them use the semi-rigid base of cement stabilized macadam. At the same time, many quality problems have been exposed in the course of highway operation and construction: problems such as insufficient strength, partially loosely broken and shrinkage cracks seriously affect the service life of the highway. In this paper, the actual project and their own construction experience, from the raw materials, mix design, construction technology and construction process control and so on.
