【目的】探讨麻黄碱(ephedrine,EPH)对大鼠脊髓损伤的保护作用及神经细胞神经生长蛋白43(GAP-43)、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达的影响。【方法】将SD大鼠随机分为3组,即假手术组、模型组、麻黄碱组,每组20只。后2组复制脊髓损伤模型后,采用免疫荧光法检测GAP-43、GFAP的表达变化,并进行斜板实验和按Basso脊髓损伤评分法(BBB)进行评分。【结果】麻黄碱组较模型组的GAP-43阳性细胞表达显著增多,而GFAP阳性细胞表达显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻黄碱组的BBB运动评分和斜板实验结果均优于模型组。【结论】麻黄碱可以减轻脊髓损伤,增加神经生长因子表达,促进神经功能的恢复。
【Objective】 To investigate the protective effect of ephedrine (EPH) on spinal cord injury in rats and the effects of epidermal growth factor receptor (GAP-43) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) 【Methods】 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group, model group and ephedrine group, with 20 rats in each group. After the spinal cord injury model was duplicated in the latter two groups, the expression of GAP-43 and GFAP was detected by immunofluorescence, and the results were evaluated by oblique plate test and Basso Spinal Cord Injury Score (BBB). 【Results】 The results showed that the expression of GAP-43 positive cells in ephedrine group was significantly increased, while the expression of GFAP positive cells in ephedrine group was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.05). The BBB motor score and experimental results All better than model group. 【Conclusion】 Ephedrine can relieve spinal cord injury, increase the expression of nerve growth factor and promote the recovery of nerve function.
