对１０例临床拟诊为多囊卵巢综合征（ＰＣＯＳ）患者行电视腹腔镜检查及腹腔镜下卵巢活检。证实７例为ＰＣＯＳ，给予腹腔镜下卵巢多点穿刺吸液术，术后均恢复排卵，月经正常。电视下腹腔镜手术治疗ＰＣＯＳ是一种新的值得推广的手术方式。
TV laparoscopy and laparoscopic ovarian biopsy were performed on 10 patients with clinically diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Confirmed in 7 cases of PCOS, laparoscopic multi-point aspiration of the ovary, postoperative ovulation recovery, normal menstruation. Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of PCOS is a new surgical method worthy of promotion.
