本文提出了一种基于小波簇的带通滤波和包络解调方法。通过合理地选择小波参数,用多个单类Morlet小波组成的小波簇可构成具有零相移、平顶通带及快速衰减过渡带特性的带通滤波器,可用于提取振动信号的高频自然频率成分。由于该小波簇的虚部是实部的Hilbert变换,可用于实现包络解调提取振动信号在高频谐振带的包络成分。将该方法用于干式真空泵轴承故障的诊断中,结果表明可有效地提取故障特征频率,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
This paper presents a band-pass filter and envelope demodulation method based on wavelet cluster. By reasonably selecting the wavelet parameters, the wavelet cluster composed of a plurality of single-class Morlet wavelets can form a band-pass filter with zero-phase shift, flat top passband and rapid attenuation transition band characteristics, which can be used to extract the high frequency natural frequency of the vibration signal Frequency components. Since the imaginary part of the wavelet cluster is a real part of the Hilbert transform, it can be used to realize the envelope demodulation to extract the envelope component of the vibration signal in the high-frequency resonance band. The method is applied to the diagnosis of dry vacuum pump bearing fault. The results show that the fault characteristic frequency can be extracted efficiently and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the method.
