目的:对比观察真人养脏汤联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将174例明确诊断为小儿秋季性腹泻的患者,随机分为三组,每组58例,联合组选用真人养脏汤合蒙脱石散治疗,中药组选用真人养脏汤治疗,西药组选用蒙脱石散治疗;每组各治疗7d,比较分析三组的总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,三组总有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西药组的总有效率为55.17%,略高于中药组51.72%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组的总有效率为86.21%,明显高于西药组55.17%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的总有效率为86.21%,明显高于中药组51.72%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的不良反应发生率为3.45%,明显低于另外两组。结论:在真人养脏汤治疗的基础上,联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季性腹泻可有效提高疗效,降低副反应,在临床上值得推广。
Objective: To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenren Yangshen Decoction combined with montmorillonite powder in treating children with autumnal diarrhea. Methods: One hundred and seventy-four patients diagnosed as having autumnal diarrhea were randomly divided into three groups (58 in each group). The combination group was treated with live-stocking and montmorillonite powder treatment. The Chinese medicine group was treated with Zhenren Yangshen Decoction and western medicine Group choose montmorillonite powder treatment; each treatment 7d, comparative analysis of the three groups of total effective rate and adverse reaction rate. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the western medicine group was 55.17%, slightly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group 51.72%, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was 86.21%, significantly higher than that of the western medicine group 55.17% (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the combined group was 86.21%, which was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group (51.72%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Adverse reactions in the combination group was 3.45%, significantly lower than the other two groups. Conclusion: Based on the treatment of real human dirty soup, combined with montmorillonite powder in children with autumnal diarrhea can effectively improve the curative effect and reduce side effects, which is worthy of popularization in clinic.
