1967年Schamroth首次报道有可能起源于窦房结的窦性并行心律。作者以3例的分析为依据,介绍由于存在传出阻滞或电激动受干扰等并发因素,窦性并行心律可表现出某些不典型的特征。并行心律以同时存在至少两个起搏点为特征。
Schamroth first reported sinus arrhythmia in 1967 that may have originated in the sinus node. The authors, based on an analysis of 3 cases, introduced some atypical features of sinus rhythm as a result of the presence of concurrent block or disturbances of electrical stimulation. Parallel heart rhythm is characterized by the presence of at least two pacemakers.
