高层建筑物从施工开始到竣工验收及运营使用过程中,建筑物受工程地质、水位地质、土壤的物理性质、大气温度以及建筑物本身的荷重、结构等因素的影响,往往会产生不同形式的变形。定期对高层建筑物进行变形观测,掌握其变形规律,合理预测未来的变形大小,以便及时采取预防和善后措施,确保建筑物的安全使用。本文结合某指挥中心大楼沉降、位移监测项目,总结和探讨该类大型建筑物沉降、位移变形监测的技术和方法。
