目的:研究喉癌中环氧化酶2(COX2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达和相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测29例喉癌组织中COX2和MMP9的表达。结果:29例喉癌组织中COX2和MMP9阳性表达率为72.9%(21/29)和79.3%(23/29)。COX-2和MMP9的阳性表达与淋巴结转移和肿瘤侵袭程度之间呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX2和MMP-9在喉癌组织中的表达密切相关,两者协同作用可促进喉癌的恶性发展,二者可为喉癌恶性化的分子标志。
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in laryngeal cancer. Methods: The expressions of COX2 and MMP9 in 29 cases of laryngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results: The positive expression rates of COX2 and MMP9 in 29 cases of laryngeal carcinoma were 72.9% (21/29) and 79.3% (23/29). The positive expression of COX-2 and MMP9 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor invasion (P <0.05). Conclusions: The expression of COX2 and MMP-9 in laryngeal carcinoma is closely related. The synergistic effect of COX2 and MMP-9 can promote the malignant development of laryngeal carcinoma, both of which can be the molecular markers for the malignant transformation of laryngeal carcinoma.
