研究离子液体对虾壳的溶解情况。结果表明,随温度升高,虾壳在离子液体中的浓度先增大后减小,在137℃处取得最大值;延长时间,可以使离子液体对虾壳的溶解能力提高,但80min后溶解浓度趋于平衡。将虾壳溶解再生产物的红外谱图与文献中甲壳素的红外谱图比较,结果表明,虾壳在离子液体中的溶解产物主要是甲壳素,且离子液体是甲壳素的直接溶剂。
