通过灰口铸铁同质电弧冷焊焊缝断口宏观与显微分析，对灰口铸铁焊缝裂纹的形成及扩展机理进行了探讨。结果表明：灰口铸铁焊缝冷裂纹开裂主要以准解理断裂方式进行。
Through the macroscopical and microscopic analysis of the fracture of homogenized arc cold welding of gray cast iron, the formation and propagation mechanism of weld cracks in gray cast iron were discussed. The results show that the cold cracking of gray cast iron weld is mainly caused by quasi-cleavage fracture.
