为了扎实抓好整改落实工作、巩固教育实践活动取得的成效,省委领导班子着重就“四风”方面存在的突出问题和群众反映强烈的热点问题狠抓整改,建章立制。省委常委会研究通过了第一批4项整改制度。关于规范精简会议的“五个严格控制”1.严格控制会议规模。省委、省政府召开的全省性会议(省党代会、省委全会除外),与会人员不超过250人;部门召开的全省性会议,与会人员不超过150人;减少陪会人员、跟会随员和工作人员,在省委、省政府机关召开的会议,副省级领导不带秘书等随员,会务工作人员不超过5人。
