针对供水企业供水生产中的落后调度模式,开发了一种基于PLC控制的无线调度系统,系统包含了调度中心控制系统、井群遥控系统及配套电气控制柜。利用无线通信,实现对整个井群的设备状态监视、生产调度以及安全预警。利用可视化指令、使调度过程图文和声音互补,系统具备可追溯性。该系统实现了调度指令的计算机管理及井群的全面管理,实现了减员、增效、降低劳动强度、保障生产安全的目的。
Aiming at the backward scheduling mode of water supply in water supply enterprises, a wireless dispatching system based on PLC control is developed. The system includes dispatching center control system, well group remote control system and supporting electrical control cabinet. Using wireless communications, the entire well group equipment status monitoring, production scheduling and safety early warning. Utilize the visual instruction, make the dispatch process picture and sound complement each other, the system has the traceability. The system realizes the computer management of dispatching instructions and the comprehensive management of the well group, and realizes the goal of reducing personnel, increasing efficiency, reducing labor intensity and ensuring production safety.
