青年骨干队伍对整个企业的发展起着关键性作用,在企业人力资源结构中占据着重要的地位。青年骨干队伍是公司核心竞争力的集中体现,直接影响着企业的经济效益和战略目标。建设一支高素质的青年骨干队伍,可以为企业各项资源的配置更加科学化、合理化提供强有力的保障,为我国工业的发展奠定坚实基础。本文针对我国现阶段企业培养和建设青年骨干队伍中“全能型”人才的问题进行分析,并探讨出相关的创新策略,以实现企业快速发展的战略目标。
The youth backbone team plays a key role in the development of the entire enterprise and occupies an important position in the structure of human resources in the enterprise. The backbone team of young people is the concentrated expression of the core competitiveness of the company, which directly affects the economic benefits and strategic goals of the enterprise. Building a contingent of highly qualified young cadres can provide a strong guarantee for the more scientifically rationalized and rationalized allocation of resources to enterprises and lay a solid foundation for the development of China’s industry. This article analyzes the problem of “all-round” talents training and building the young backbone team in our country and explores relevant innovation strategies in order to realize the strategic goal of rapid development of enterprises.
