高职高专校外实习直接关系到学生动手能力和综合素质的培养。湖南建材高等专科学校形成了学生自主联系、学校搭建平台、建立开放式实习基地三种“准就业”实习模式,建立了一批“准就业”实习基地,修订和完善了一系列教学管理制度,推动了学校“产教结合”,特别是学生实习与社会实践、与勤工俭学相结合,在高职高专教育教学改革中发挥了重要的作用。
Higher vocational college internship is directly related to student ability and overall quality of training. Hunan College of Building Materials has formed a series of “quasi-employment” internship mode with independent contact among students, establishing a platform for schools and setting up an open practice base. A number of “quasi-employment” training bases have been set up and a series of teaching management systems have been revised and improved. Promoted the “combination of production and teaching” in schools, especially the internship and social practice of students, combined with work-study and work-study, and played an important role in the education reform of higher vocational education.
