本文旨在阐述德育素质教育与创新人才的培养的关系。主张在职校对学生德育素质培养的重要性,以及培养学生良好的德育素质促进创新型人才发展的具体做法。
The purpose of this article is to illustrate the relationship between quality education in moral education and the cultivation of creative talents. Advocating the importance of cultivating students ’moral qualities in vocational schools, as well as cultivating students’ good moral quality and promoting the development of innovative talents.
