福州国税近年来为推进依法治税,积极改进工作作风,不断提高工作效率,2002年6月,福州国税系统以“零投诉”为工作目标,率先将“全程服务”工作制度纳入日常工作,至今已经试行半年了。本着一切为纳税人服务的思想,了解企业对“全程服务”制度的反应,为深化“全程服务”工作寻求实践依据,本刊记者近日专程深入到纳税人中间,进行明察暗访,从他们的眼中,我们看到了福州国税这半年以来喜人的新变化——
