当前,我国的经济增长速度已经从高速增长转换到中高速增长,经济增速转换期对产业结构调整提出了新要求,产业结构战略性调整势在必行,然而从单一的产业结构理论来进行分析和实践,并不能从根本上解决中国的产业问题,而要立足于经济学逻辑基础,来深入探讨产业结构调整的模式。从经济学逻辑来看,收入结构和需求结构对产业结构调整起决定作用,因此协调分配关系和投资消费关系是产业结构调整顺利进行的决定性因素。
At present, the rate of economic growth in our country has shifted from rapid growth to medium-high-speed growth. The period of economic growth has put forward new requirements on industrial restructuring. The strategic adjustment of industrial structure is imperative. However, from a single theory of industrial structure Analysis and practice, and can not fundamentally solve the problem of China’s industry, but based on the logical basis of economics to further explore the mode of industrial restructuring. From an economic logic point of view, the structure of income and demand play a decisive role in the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, the coordination and distribution and the relationship between investment and consumption are the decisive factors in the smooth progress of industrial restructuring.
