注重教育内涵发展是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中的明确要求,《纲要》把提高质量作为教育改革发展的核心任务,把促进人的全面发展、适应社会需要作为衡量教育质量的根本标准。无论是质量提高还是质量达标,通过学校的内涵发展,人的努力是最关键的因素。只有确立教师和学生自主意识,才能使教育教学达到理想效果。为此,结合我校实施自主教育的工作实际,做几点粗浅的探讨。
