北京写字楼市场从来都是一个不断变化的市场。在过去的一年中,北京经济依旧在高速的发展着,同时我们也经历了SARS,感受到北京交通不断增大的压力。这些都在直接或间接地影响着北京写字楼市场的变化。仔细分析这些变化,看出这些变化都在向我们暗示着某种趋势的开始。我们认为随着北京经济的进一步发展,市场竞争的更加激烈,未来北京写字楼市场的发展具有以下三个趋势:趋势一:商务区域从“聚集”到“分散”
