采用聚乙烯塑料袋常压灭菌栽培银耳、黑木耳、香菇等,目前都是采用医用胶布粘封接种穴,非但成本高,且对发菌有影响。为此,我院食用菌试验小组从1986试用农用地膜贴封接种穴,取得了较好效果,现将具体方法介绍如下:
