我厂针剂灭菌原是采用流通蒸汽灭菌法,要高温消毒还要做漏气试验,工人同志要定时进行手工操作,开关阀门、凡尔、真空泵、水泵等,温度高,工作量大。在厂党委的正确领导下,充分发动群众,走自己工业发展的道路,大搞技术革新,经过一个月的反复实践,已试制成功电子数字程序控制消毒机,把整个消毒过程按预定的时间和条件自动地联结起来,实现了自动程序控制。既节约了劳动力,又保证了产品质量,现巳正式投产,性能良好。
