本文应用薄层色谱,高效液相色谱和质谱,研究了沾化凹陷原油和沉积岩中卟啉,卟啉化合物分子分布范围、最大丰度卟啉分子的碳数、脱氧植红初卟啉与初卟啉比值等,结果表明原油中义18成熟度最低,沉积岩中下第三系沙河街一段有机质成熟度与之相当.反相高效液相色谱将原油与生油岩分为四组,进一步证实沙河街一段沉积岩与原油义18有亲缘关系,浅层孤岛原油和埕子口原油可能主要来自沙河街三段.孤岛、埕子口、义11和义64等原油含钒卟啉可能与原始物质沉积环境有关.
