“Teacher, you check after 5 minutes.” Students often like to say this to me whenever there’s a regular checkup, such as hygiene and discipline, and I also like how they say their thoughts. Every time I take a new class, I will tell the child something special to say about them and their use. For example, “I think it might be better” - to tell them where it is not well done; “what do I want me to see” - that is, where do they go against principles? Things, and so on. When the specific language of communication between us is clear, I constantly use such language to speak with children. As time passes, they produce conditioned reflexes and habits develop.
