4月23日下午,陕西省商南县在县人民广场举办第6次“广场问政”活动。与从2013年12月起陆续举办的前5次广场问政不同,此次“问政”过程出现了戏剧性一幕,县疾控中心主任华中央被当众宣布免职,华当场掩面而泣。商南县县委书记陆邦柱事后接受采访时解释称,县疾控中心涉嫌私设小金库的问题早已被相关部门发现,并已交纪委调查。只是还没来得及处理,就赶上了广场问政。而在广场播放了对疾控中心的暗访视频后,引发群众强烈反响,于是只好现场召开县委常委会,做出了对华中央免职的决定。
On the afternoon of April 23, Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province, held the 6th “Political Affairs at the Plaza” in the People’s Square. Unlike the first five occasions of square politics held from December 2013 onwards, the current “political affairs” process showed a dramatic scene. The Central China CDC Director Central China was publicly dismissed and the Chinese side cried on the spot . Shangnan County Party Secretary Lu Bangzhuh explained in an interview afterwards that the issue of suspected private coffers of the CDC has long been discovered by the relevant departments and has been submitted to the Commission for Discipline Inspection. Just have not had time to deal with, to catch up with the square politics. After playing an unannounced visit to the CDC in the square, it triggered a strong reaction from the masses and had to convene the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee on the scene to make the decision of dismissing the Central Government to China.
