医院改革论坛在广大作者、读者的关怀支持下,走过了一年的历程。在过去的一年里,她以十三大精神为指导,紧密结合医院改革实践中遇到的理论课题,力求在理论上有所突破,服务于医院改革。在新的一年里,本栏目将和广大作者、读者一道,围绕贯彻“治理”、“整频”、“深化改革”的方针,深入地研究与探讨医院改革的“难点”课题,为建立医院自我发展、自我约束双重机制和商品经济环境下的医疗新秩序,做出自己的贡献。
The hospital reform forum has gone through a year’s journey with the support of the majority of authors and readers. In the past year, she was guided by the spirit of the Thirteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, closely integrated with theoretical themes encountered in the practice of hospital reform, and strived to make breakthroughs in theory and serve the hospital reform. In the new year, this column will work together with the majority of authors and readers to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the “difficulties” of hospital reform in order to implement the principles of “governance”, “integration”, and “deepening reform”. The hospital’s self-development, self-restraint dual mechanisms, and the new medical order under the commodity economy environment have made their own contributions.
