随着我国市场经济的发展,企业间的竞争愈发激烈。这种市场环境下,企业为提高生产、经营以及抵御风险等能力,纷纷向集团化迈进。资金是企业赖以生存发展的基础,生产经营的血液,企业集团要在市场竞争中发挥协同效应进而获得优势地位,必须确保资金运作安全、提高资金使用效率,资金集中管理是一个关键问题。合理选择并完善集团资金集中管理方式将为企业集团生产经营发展提供保障。基于此,本文探讨集团资金集中管理实务应用中存在的问题,最后就其问题提出一些改进建议。
With the development of the market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer. Under such a market environment, enterprises have all made strides toward grouping in order to improve their capabilities in production, operation and risk prevention. Funds are the basis for the survival and development of an enterprise. The blood of production and operation, syndicate of enterprise groups in order to gain synergies in the market competition and thus to gain the dominant position. It is imperative to ensure the safe operation of funds, improve the efficiency of capital utilization and centralized management of funds. Reasonable selection and improvement of the Group’s centralized fund management will provide guarantee for the production and operation of the enterprise group. Based on this, this article explores the problems in the practical application of centralized management of funds, and finally puts forward some suggestions for improvement on the problems.
