为了了解和掌握基层社会矛盾,本文对基层社会矛盾的特点及其成因进行了简要的分析。文中认为基层社会矛盾具有多由小事引起、类型复杂化、非理性因素增强、干群矛盾增多、调处难度加大等几个特点,而且对它们复杂的成因从社会根源、政治根源以及思想意识根源等方面做了进一步的分析。
